A little bit about Ann Kachmar.

A lifelong resident of Broome County, I take pride in our community and the many great thins it has to offer.  After attending high school in Johnson City and completing an associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from SUNY Broome, I worked in an administrative area within IBM.  While working at IBM, I went back to school for an AAS degree in Computer Studies and moved into the Information Technology Field.  My past work experience helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills.  These important skills enable me to better guide you through the complexities of a modern real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, spending time with famiy and friends, golfing, gardening, maintaining a healthy spiritual, mental and physical lifestyle are important.  I enjoy volunteering at various church functions, The Dick's Sporting Goods Open, and the Johnson City Senior Center.
