Melissa Johnson-Hill Biography
“Dorothy” is not the only one who feels like there is “no place like home”! That love for “home” is why I have lived most of my life in Broome County where the seasons are so beautiful and dramatic and is also where I grew up. Most recently I was self-employed as a daycare provider, taking care of other people’s most valuable treasures…their children. The trust and dedication involved in caring for other people’s “treasures” is the same trust and dedication I can offer to market a homeowner’s post precious possession, their home, and to assist buyers as they search for a home that meets their most intimate needs and wants. As a Fine Arts major in college, I bring that aesthetic to real estate. In creating a piece of art, the artist must put all the elements together like a puzzle…and it works the same way in real estate, fitting together the right home for the right buyer. I look forward to guiding my buyers and sellers as we put together all the pieces that make up their real estate dreams.
I currently live in Windsor where I have a home art studio and where I have raised my 5 children. I also have my art displayed at the Black Cat Gallery in Owego.
