Fred Lawrence Biography

I have lived and worked in Greater Binghamton for my entire life. I know the neighborhoods, the businesses, and most importantly...the people. This is my hometown. The Greater Binghamton area is home to my children, my nieces and nephews, siblings and friends. I know Greater Binghamton... and I want you to know it the way I do.

My clients are first time home buyers looking for that two bedroom ranch with a white picket fence, Large International Corporations building new jobs and bringing hope to the community, Families that are ready to move up to that dream estate on the hill, New restaurant owners opening their doors for the first time, and grandparents downsizing to smaller  homes.
